For a half-hog we would take a $500 deposit. That buys you your side on the hoof at $6/lbs assuming 75lbs hanging weight and $50 kill fee.

Once processed and upon delivery, you pay the remainder: $60 kill fee, $1/lbs for cut, wrap & freeze and $3.75/lbs for bacon. Then we calculate an adjusted weight at $6/lbs based on how much more or less than 75lbs your animal side finishes at.

$450 Deposit (assuming 75lbs)
$50 Kill fee
$97 Cut, Wrap & Freeze ($1/lbs)
$37.50 Bacon curing (10lbs delivered)
$132 Weight Adjustment (97lbs actual hanging weight)

First Payment $500
Final Payment on Delivery $266.50
